Halloween 2024
The number of storage boxes I need to bring down from the attic for Halloween is quickly approaching parity with Christmas.

Batty finally has some friends to keep him company.

We move the candy distribution center to the bottom of the driveway so kids didn’t have to travel all the way to the front door. A supply chain issue that resulted in only full size candy bars helped us achieve G.O.A.T. status with the kids. But the variety literally caused such “candy selection anxiety” that a number of kids walked away with nothing unable to pick just one.
This year’s big addition was the window projection setup. We had a spare sheet and I remembered I had an old computer projector in a closet somewhere. I was able to download a couple of YouTube videos and was off to the Zombie Apocalypse.
