WordPress backups

A while back, I had the Raspberry Pi that hosts the Paynecentral sites crash. I was able to recover the WordPress files from the file system, but not the rest of the Word Press structure. Once I had the site(s) back up, I started to look into better solutions. I am pretty sure I got distracted and my site is once again at risk. Going off of old notes, I think I was looking at:
- BackUpWordPress
- BackupGuard
- JetBackup
The issue is I wanted something free but with support for multisite.
