Exploring

I started playing with WorldEdit on my Minecraft server. The basic idea is that you can copy a volume of blocks in your world and save them to a file (“schema”). I used it to recover some buildings from a server I was hosting that was hacked (“griefed”) but some users (my bad that I hosted an open, public server).

Tristan started using publicly available schematics in a tool called “Litematica” that uses these files as a guide for recreating complex structures. I was lazier and am just using WorldEdit to add interesting structures to my world.

Here are some examples. If you have access to my server (now protected by a whitelist), I have provided the coordinates so you can find and explore these structures as well.

Froid Castle (-95, 92, 841)

Tower Gate (near -335, 67, 2496)

Disney Fort (-96, 67, 3225)

Disney Fort (it’s enormous)

Grion Castle (-1023, 91, 2402)

Dwarf Forge (-466, 63, 2727)

Castle Olaf (388, 68, 1719)

Bishop’s Gallery (64, 63, 3038)

Rustic Inn (-335, 67, 2496)
